Disclaimer: All firearms sales and transfers are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Age Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns).
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.
Background Checks:
- All firearm purchases require a background check conducted by a licensed firearms dealer (Federal Firearms Licensee or FFL).
- Purchasers must complete Form 4473 and pass the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check.
Residency Requirements:
- Firearms may only be sold to residents of the state in which the pawn shop is located.
- Identification proving residency is required at the time of purchase.
Prohibited Persons:
- Individuals prohibited by law from possessing firearms will not be allowed to purchase firearms. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals with felony convictions, certain misdemeanor convictions, restraining orders, or adjudicated as mentally defective.
Waiting Periods:
- State and local laws may impose mandatory waiting periods before a firearm can be transferred to the purchaser. Compliance with these laws is mandatory.
Firearm Transfers:
- All firearm transfers will be conducted in person at our licensed location.
- We do not ship firearms directly to purchasers. All online sales of firearms will be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) of your choice for transfer.
